Booking

Initially a quick chat on the phone to find out a few basics about your dog… name, breed, age, etc.

I like to invite you to visit my home with your dog. Other family members are also welcome.

This gives you the opportunity to meet me, see my home and facilities and for us to have a chat about what you are looking for in your dog’s holiday hotel and ask any questions of me. On average this normally takes about an hour. I am flexible on dates, times, weekdays, weekends, etc.

If you are happy with my offering you are invited to bring your dog back for a free half day “Play Date”.

I will ask you to complete a booking form. Even if you don’t have any dates in mind it’s preferable to complete this sooner rather than later. I am already taking bookings for 2026 so highlighting potential dates early will avoid any disappointments.

I do not charge based on the size or breed of your dog unlike many other home boarding establishments.
Large or small your dog will receive the same care, time and attention while living with us.

Up to 8 hours £25
Additional dog £7.50 per 4 hours

Home Boarding (24 hour)
1 dog £45 up to 24 hours
Additional dog £25 up to 24 hours

Bank Holidays
1.5 times the rates quoted above.

Payment

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

A 50% deposit is due on receipt of this invoice, and the 50% balance payment is due 6 weeks (42 days) prior to day 1 of your dogs stay.

The 50% deposit is refundable up to 8 weeks (56 days) prior to day 1 of your dogs stay.

Any veterinary fees, medication or food costs incurred on your behalf will be due in full on collection.
Food at cost, if required.

Facilities

All breeds and sizes welcome.

No age restrictions. Puppies and seniors welcome.

Your dog(s) will be the only one(s) in my home. I will not be boarding multiple dogs from different homes.

They will wear a tracker device on their collar/harness so that if the worst happens, I can quickly locate them.

There is a video camera in the lounge and you will be given access to log into this while your dogs are with me.

I will send regular WhatsApp pics and videos as well, so you know what they are up to😊

The outside areas are sanitised between visiting dogs.

Both our cars have factory fitted dog guards, should they need to be transported.
